Our standard lease is 12 Months. Short-term options may be available, Reach out for details.
Electric, internet and/or cable TV Residents are responsible to set up their own account with Xcel energy. Your options for cable and internet are: Charter Spectrum or Gigabitmn.
A security deposit of $600 is due at the lease signing. $500 of that is fully refundable at the end of your lease. $100 is a one time administrative fee.
A garage is an option that comes with the additional fee of $75 per month.

Your guests are always welcome, but must adhere to the same rules and standards as residents, as stated the terms of your lease and our rules and regulations.
Guests may not stay longer than 7 days without managment approval.
We are a NO PET Property. We comply with all requirements for assistance animals as required by law.
Yes. though we don’t require your personal property to be insured, we require all our renters to have liability insurance.
This policy covers only the RESIDENT’S liability of damage to the property: fire, water damage, sewer overflow…up to $100,000.
This policy is not personal liability insurance or renter’s insurance. It does NOT cover any personal belongings, additional living expenses or property damage to any third party.
All rent payments are made electronically via Apartments.com.
At grade parking is included with all units, there are no reserved parking spaces. Private garages are available for $75 per month.
We have maintenance available during business hours please go to the resident portal to request a maintenance visit. Please provide as much information as possible and we will get back to you within 48 hours. For urgent or emergency requests please call the resident’s line to speak with the on-site manager.
Yes, our amenities are available for reservation for all residents. Please contact the on-site manager for times and availability. A security deposit may apply.
